"His disciples said, 'Lord, teach us to pray.'" Luke 11:1
We believe in lifelong learning. Much like the first disciples, who were essentially students, we are blessed to spend time at the feet of Jesus.
On most Sunday mornings from September to May, the church serves a tasty breakfast for all ages between 8:30 and 9:00. Then there are several opportunities for personal growth at 9:00:
A class for all ages and levels that enjoy exploring the Bible using a variety of sources and group discussions. Currently the class is studying "The Apocryphal Jesus" -- the lost books of the New Testament. Group discussions are led by Tim and Debbie Fulmer.
Members continue to study books of the Old Testament. We will explore the Book of Joshua as the children of Israel cross over the river Jordan into the land which the Lord God is giving them. Various members of the class will facilitate this study.
Facilitated by Charles Runels, this class ventures into challenging material and questions, based in the scriptures. Each member of the class is invited to take a turn leading discussions.
Women’s Sunday School Class
Taught by Alice Villadsen, Jamie Davidson, and Dolly Crewes, this class fosters open discussion in an intimate environment. The class uses the Uniform Lesson series, often reading a verse at a time; each teacher brings a particular emphasis that makes for a rounded approach.

Would you like to learn more about St. Andrew? Well, please come for a cup of coffee, because we'd like to learn more about you! Led by the Rev.s Larry Wood and George Myers.
Thanks to many volunteers, St. Andrew by the Sea enjoys a fine church library. You'll find it in the education building, just off the gathering space.
